Maison Ceylon manages holiday villas and Airbnb rentals on Sri Lanka's south coast: Ahangama, Weligama, Mirissa, Hiriketiya, Galle, Unawatuna and Tangalle. Founded by French entrepreneurs Adrien, Noémie and Erwan, we run each villa to boutique-hotel standards: listing and dynamic pricing, a dedicated team placed on serviced properties, a vetted local contractor network, a 24/7 guest desk in English and French, and a monthly owner P&L. Published pricing: 20% Full Management or 12% Digital & Performance, no monthly fee. We also design and build off-plan villas and advise foreign investors; legal and tax matters are referred to partner professionals.
