Hello, I’m a counsellor offering a warm, safe and non-judgemental space to help you navigate life’s challenges, understand yourself better and move towards positive change, at your own pace.
I offer compassionate, trauma-informed counselling for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, or times when life feels overwhelming or difficult to navigate. I also support people living with the effects of complex trauma, including dissociation and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), as well as the lasting impact of traumatic experiences.
I provide a safe, warm and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted. Together, we can gently explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at a pace that feels right for you, developing greater self-understanding and finding healthier ways to manage difficult emotions and life challenges.
Whether you have been struggling for a short time or have been coping on your own for many years, you don't have to face things alone. Counselling can help you make sense of your experiences, build confidence and emotional stability, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, particularly when you have spent a long time managing things by yourself. When you feel ready, I invite you to take that first step in a space where you can be met with compassion, understanding and without judgement.
I work primarily online.
Sessions take place via video call in a safe and confidential setting. The connection link is sent to you by email, and sessions can be held via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Online sessions also allow you to receive support from an environment where you feel comfortable, while avoiding the need to travel.
