For buyers who want a fully bespoke villa, we manage the entire project on your behalf: architect appointment, planning permission, contractor selection and tendering, contract negotiation, on-site supervision, budget management, and final handover. You have a single English-speaking point of contact responsible for every stage.

For buyers who want cost certainty and a faster timeline, we deliver turnkey modular villas through our partnership with Casas InHaus — a premium Portuguese manufacturer of architecturally designed, high-specification modular homes. Fixed price from day one. On site and complete in 12–18 months. Move-in ready.
