Welcome to my active, empathetic and caring listening sessions for anyone who feels the need to talk in a professional, safe and confidential setting.
The ultimate goal of the active listening sessions with me is to help you learn or relearn how to listen to yourself better. Over the course of the sessions, weekly at first, you will become more and more autonomous in this process of self-knowledge, until you fly on your own, towards brighter horizons, with more appetite and capacity to live more freely. Knowing how to listen to yourself is essential to identify what suits you best and thus achieve a better well-being in life, in good harmony with yourself and with your environment. Particular attention is paid in this office to women and men who either have plans to become parents or have already become mothers and fathers and feel the need to talk about their quest or experience of parenthood to explore it, better understand it, reassure themselves and better trust themselves. I have indeed followed very specific professional training ( C.A.S. in Perinatality) in order to best support parents in their difficulties and even their obstacles (before, during and after pregnancy). These include, for example, difficulties getting pregnant, fears about the baby's health, perinatal bereavement, difficulties bonding with the baby, relationship difficulties within the couple surrounding the arrival of the baby (etc.), or simply a need to be listened to at length, even if it is not directly related to parenthood.
