Our areas of specialization and types of regular legal services which we provide are explained hereunder as follows:

1). AREAS OF SPECILIZATION

a). Business/Commercial/Corporate Law Practice: -

We provide legal services which covers business, corporate and commercial law practice such as incorporation of companies, representing the interest of directors’ and shareholders’ rights, drafting of memorandum and articles of association for companies, procurement of application forms which contains a memorandum for guidance of application for the registration of incorporated trustees, registration of business names, filing of annual returns, representing interest of companies at board meetings, engaging in secretarial matters and acting as company secretaries, public listing of company shares to institutional and private investors as well as de-listing of companies at the Nigeria Stock Exchange and also helping clients to sort out tax related issues in order to promote economic efficiency.

b). Property Investment and Real Estate Law Practice: -

We help clients to purchase and sell land by drafting the requisite legal documents and conducting due diligence search at the land registry to authenticate genuineness of land documents and with the application of Property and Real Estates Law, we create and transfer rights or title to land in situations such as:

a. Sales of land,

b. Leases, and

c. Mortgages.

These transfers of interests could be by way of assignment, appointment, lease, tenancy, settlement, assurances and covenant to surrender, made by Deed on a sale, mortgage or settlement of any real property.

c). Immigration Law Practice:-

Depending on the purpose of the case, we provide invaluable services for applicants to procure visa or travel documentations and logistic arrangements for events such as seminars, conference, summits, personal, business, corporate and group bookings, tourism and medical travel packages.

We help clients in visa applications and processing of visas to the UK, USA, Canada, Schengen countries, Australia, Ireland, Dubai and South Africa, apply and obtain citizenship by investment (CIB), STR visas, CERPAC and resident permits for foreign expatriates intending to reside and do business in Nigeria.

We also review travel documents to enable applicants have a successful interview and grant of visa by the embassy officials and in the case where an applicant is denied or refused visa due to one reason or the other, we assist in visa refusal appeals for the consular officials to reverse their decisions. We also assist in international student admissions and educational programs into foreign institutions, employment and labour certifications, deportation and court proceedings relating to immigration.
