I recently exited Kuwait and returned on a new work visa. I noticed that I was issued a different civil ID number compared to my previous one. Many of my documents are linked to the old civil ID number. Is it possible to revert to my old civil ID number, and if so, could someone please explain the necessary steps? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

that is actually a big problem. Ask your company to get it sorted, you have to go back to the first civil ID #.
