Hello,

May someone confirm if it used that the tenant have to support the building management costs (e.g. elevators, commom areas like building entrance area, etc.) or it should be supported by the owner?

What is its average cost?

Hi,

The tenant is paying. These expenses are usually included in the utilities bill (which also include electricity, gas, water, garbage collection). The bills are around 150-200 lei/month/ person in warmer months, and 200-300 lei/month/person in colder ones.

Thank you for your time and feedback answering my question.
But if we have to split between my own expenses (eletricity, water, Gas inside the apartment, which vary from my own consumption) from the general costs related with commom building facilities management (like garbage collection, elevator, etc.)...
How much would be the last one (commom building facilities management)?

It depends on the type of building: new/old, with elevator/without. We were paying around 6 lei for cleaning and electricity in the common area (no elevator). Better check with the administrator of your building.
