In my new CID only first name is matching with passport. I have for correction through manual PACI Envelope. Now telephone information says due to overload still it is not processed. Appreciate anyone with similar issue to share their experience and how long the actual process take to resolve

Basically couple is days but I guess its better to take original passport with civil ID to PACI & update there which is faster 👍

Better to visit civil id office along with yr original passport and a photo copy of it also 2 photographs some time they require it. Then it will be done soon
