Where and how we file a complain to get our ESB from our employer since our clinic has been closed for almost 2years since 2016 of sept.
Almost all of us have been transfered to another sponsor.
He is just promising us to wait but its too long.
Please help us what is the best thing we can do.

Hi,
1st of all calculate your ESB here in Labor office official website https://www.laboreducation.gov.sa/en/Pa … ator.aspx.
Once you know what you have to get from your sponsor just go to your nearest MOL office and fill the form and start the process as this will take time but you will get your rights for sure.
