Hi all, I need an advice. Me and Wife are both holding EP under category III visa with Monthly salary 4k. we are about to start a family and my wife expected date of delivery is in oct-Nov 2018. what i want to know is that can we apply for DP for our NB with holding EP under category III visa with Monthly salary 4k and what is the procure.

Don't think you will be able, as no dependents allowed for Category III (before you ask, there are no exceptions to principal rules)
To avoid issues it would probably be best if the child is not born in Malaysia. With that in mind, do remember there are limits how late a pregnant woman can fly.
Perhaps you can get a Category II position with salary RM5k upwards then there is no problem. At that point your family can easily return to Malaysia.
