Hello sir i m working in a company in jeddah i want to know that I completed 11 months in my company and now i m going on vacation after 11 months i can get annual vacation paid leave after completing 11 months not 1 year

As per MOL rules you can take 1 month or 21 days (as per company internal policy) annual vacations after completing 11 months but in some cases companies are saying for the 1st year of employment you must complete 12 months and after that 11 month formula.

Sir my company is the one who send me on vacation because of work situation . I completed only 11 months in this company if company send me on vacation after finishing 11 months i will get paid vacation

if leave salary is paid for 30 days One month
If Gross salary for an Employee is SR.2000 /month
his leave salary in year (365 Days) is 2000
Please show the calculation if same employee works for 346 Days if he had worked less than 5 year in the company
