Hi Im an employment pass holder in Singapore. I was convicted of a criminal offence and fined. What do you think my chances of renewing my employment pass will be? Many thanks for you help in advance.

As you probably knew beforehand, the authorities are very strict with criminal offenders.
Since you didn't mention what kind of criminal act you did, I cannot comment further on what is likely to happen.
If they decide not to renew your EP, you must leave the country.
