I am Egyptian but currently I am resident in Oman one of the gulf countries I have been in belgium one year ago.it is awesome country and I am trying to go to belgium to be a resident but I should have a work permit which I can not have and i am trying to go to thier through study to complete Masters or Marriage 
So please advise how I could get there and what about preparing Msc in computer science how in average it costs?
