I am expecting that I will not be able to get makeup for fair skin or special toning shampoo for bleached hair. What is the availability of hair bleaching products? I am guessing it is unlikely women in Honduras bleach their hair.
Can anyone confirm if and how I will be able to obtain any of the products?

I am not sure of the availability in Tocoa, however in La Ceiba two hours away, it is likely you will find. There are a number of Gringo stores that import a lot of the products originating from the US. Alternatively, explore shipping via Amazon. i have never done but know of individuals who have.
