Family visa rejected

Today i visit to istiqdam office for family visa but they rejected for a very minor excuse
They told me my profession on iqama is not aloowable for family visa
Remaining all documents are complete and all stemps and signed
Dear Friend s my profession مشغل الحاسب الالي
Please advise ........
