Oh my goodness this one could be interesting!

First the culture is about family and  community.  Someone doesn't have money for food, someone else will feed them. Next time its the reverse.  Children are community raised.  Your child is running crazy in the grocery store, another mother will stop them and speak to them! Its normal.

Lots and lots of old wives tales here.  Sooooo many!  You cannot iron if it is raining outside.  Do not open the refrigerator after you have been ironing.   Just came in - do not shower till your feet cool off!

Holiday are for celebrating -  eating, drinking, dancing having fun. It is much less about materialism!   Many go to the campo - where they were born,  mass exodus from the cities around the holidays.

One habit I don't like is the throwing of garbage everywhere! It is normal here.

The latino culture is one of enjoy the moment and tomorrow will take care of itself.
