Visa rejection

To whom it my concern.

I hope that this mail finds you in good health.

I am Sarah Settenda reference number 328*** trying to follow through my e-visa application that was rejected due to either missing attachment or invalid attachment. I am requesting your office to guide me on what I missed out because I had attached all the documents that were required.

I have a teacher training workshop to attend on 10th November, 2017 organized by Cambridge International Examination in Al Wisam International School, Abusaiba, Budaiya, Bahrain. I am confused after receiving the rejection email. However, I was also advised to contact the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Arab Emirates.

Please guide me on the way forward because it is important for our school to attend this workshop as this will help improve the teaching and learning process as expected by CIE.
