Hi.
Just need to know if someone can help me re my TESOL certificate notatization. I got my certificate from online and i need it notatized. I only have the PDF copy, they said the hard copy will be mailed but i have to have it notarized already. Can the PDF copy that i have notarized or do i have to wait for the original copy from the US? Should it be notarized with US Embassy first before translation to vietnamese? Thanks
