Welcome on board, mcharters 
Pulse Active, an even management company, organizes most of the runs in and around HCMC.
Check out their portfolio - click on the three small parallel lines at the bottom right corner of the welcome picture on their home page. Then hover your mouse on "PORTFOLIO'' to expand it.
Most of these runs take place in D7. They prolly have a 5km run scheduled for 14 Jan 2018.
