I am hired for the position of regional manager in a logistics company based out of Dammam, as I did not have a regular degree they have given me loading and unloading Visa Will there be any issue?

Hi - i am guessing they gave you a labour visa, correct? You can reconfirm that with your employer by simply asking whether you can get your family over permanently on this visa? If no, then its a labour visa.
As such i don't see any macro issues, but opening bank account, owning a car and traveling in and out of The Kingdom might just be a hassle.
