An employee's 2-year contract will expire on Nov. 2017 and his Iqama will expire on Feb. 2017.

For a valid reason, he wants to go on Nov. but the employer wants him to go on Feb.

In this case, is there any right for the employee to insist to go EXIT by Nov. without any charges from the company since he completed his contract?

And is there a valid right for the company to hold an employee until Iqama expires?

Need urgent advice. Thanks..

he must submit a paper that he doesn't want to renew his contract at the first of October , if they refuse he can complain .
