You could check the classifieds section on here. There's also groups on Facebook where people list their housing options. Just search Corozol rentals.

Coral Cottages is a few blocks off the bay but good location to check out the town. I just stayed there last week. Tilt-Ta-Dock is cabanas on the bay. Tony's Inn and Almond Beach also looked nice. There are some other hotel options that are less expensive in Corozal like Miramar or Copper Horse Inn too.
