I am moving to Dubai soon. I am married and have one son aged 7. Could you please suggest best apartment or closed community for rent . To make it clear my requirements for your ref.
1. I wanted live in where I can find more Tamil Families & South Indian Families.
2. I want a decent 2 BHK Flat with Children Play areas, Pools, Gym etc..,
3.My work will be in Media City, I need some flats with in the radius of 15 KM
4. Budget around 70K -100K Max
Also Kindly suggest a Best Indian CBSE schools for my son.

Hi. I believe most Indian families prefer to live in the Bur Dubai and Deira areas, which are quite far away from Media City.
