There could be various reasons. It could be the company did not have correct structure to qualify to hire foreigners or did, but was out of quota. Could also be your profile didn't match the job description.

Thank you for the response.. but my question is .. can it be applied by another company again, immediately after rejection and get approval? Kindly revert..

In theory yes - another company can put forward an application - but knowing why the rejection by immigration took place, will help to get another application more likely to succeed. So if the rejection was because you didnt have sufficient qualifications or experience, that is not going to change when future applications are made.
