I am looking for any advice or knowledge anyone may have in repsect of building/block management/service charge management in Athens, in particular, flat/apartment blocks.
I would like to relocate from London to Athens but need to know whether my 10 years experience and knowledge in this particular niche area is transferable or not. I fully appreciate landlord/tenant law is different, the principles though, I would imagine remain.
Would be most grateful to hear from anyone.
