Hi,
I'm seeking some info as to a hospital or clinic in Sgn that is onto this condition.
I'm not 100% but it looks suspiciously like I have a developing melanoma on my arm.

Ah it probably is not. I always think I am also and the debunk it in a hurry. A quick down and dirty way from one providing Western care would be to perhaps go to Diamond Plaza Medical. they in the shopping center across from the Justice Department, Main P.O., Notre Dame Cathedral etc. They can give it a quick look and tell you for sure. If not that than FV hospital.

Yeah, I'm hoping it'll be debunked but this thing is looking and acting the real deal.
Diamond Plaza sounds good. I was going to go to FV Hosp. if I couldn't find somewhere in the city. I'm a bit averse to making my way out to Q7 and hanging out at the FV for hours. I have the patience of a dog at it's bowl when it comes to hospital waiting rooms.
