Hi ,im staying in muscat since a year on family visa,im an MBBS doctor wanting to appear for oman moh now.Am I eligible to write Moh exam or have I overstayed in oman for a year without appearing for moh exam?Is there a time limit?

First thing to do is to contact MOH and they will tell you all the procedures you need to do the registration and to prove your qualification.
You also need to write the Prometric Exam which can be scheduled online. There is no relation between the exam and how long have you been staying in Oman.
