Food you miss the most?

Hello there
I am Stephania and I have lived in SA 30 yrs but was born and brought up in Naples.
My husband and I are planning to go back to Naples and start a small business.
I have owned a small but successful restaurant In Richards Bay for a few years with great reviews on Trip Advisor.
Even though I realize it is difficult if not impossible  to compete with the italians and their love for food I also know there are certain dishes I make which the immigrant/expatriates community might enjoy.
I was even thinking of opening a little spice shop because we have lived in Durban for many years and know a lot about the different spices and can source them at great prices.
I was wondering if anyone misses a good Bunny Chow? The typical street food in Durban...even if just the vegetarian type to be more in tune with today's trends of vegan diets etc
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
