Hi,

I am moving for the first time in Hanoi (& Vietnam) and was wondering what is the the best & safest way to go around the city. Bear in mind that I have never driven a scooter or any other motorbike and I am not a very confident car driver either.

Taxi? Bikes are faster in the city and parking is much easier, second is that cars cost lot of money.. but then again would you want to sit on the bike or in the car when it is pouring water in rush hour
