Hello: My daughter got admission into university of Manitoba, Does she have to pay the full tuition fees or part payment before she can apply for study visa in the Canadian consulate?

Hi,
I would be happy to answer this question as I start school at University of Winnipeg in Manitoba in May 2017. Before any prospect student applies for a study permit in Canada they must pay the university part tuition fee. What part of the tuition fee must be paid? The Canadian High Commission requires the applicants to pay first semester tuition fee before they apply for a study permit.
