shouldn't you approach the hospitals not online forums?
First you have to submit online, and if its not available, you should come to Jeddah and visit all the MOH hospitals there and meet the Nurses who are at the same section your wife works in, and ask them if anyone would like to work in Makkah in your wife's hospital, and then, you find a lot of Saudi Nurses who wish to get back home in Makkah, and after that, they will make and fill a Hospital Medical Occupation Shift form for both of them, get the signatures and final approval, and congrats...
