What kind of a visa did you have? Is it an employment visa or visit visa?

If its an employment visa, it should be formally cancelled, after which you will have 30 days to leave Bahrain.

If its a visit visa, then you may have to pay a fine for overstaying.

15 days would be 25 BD I reckon .
Best way visit Immigration office and pay .
At the airport things might get tense
