Woa, I didn't visit this page for awhile. Since many people ask if I did make it. The answer is: YES and NO
Since I got too involved in my current job and there is promotion so I guess I have to stick with it for awhile and I also have to do handover with the family business so I could not do it by myself.
However, I invested in one of the foodtruck and help the team to operate it in the North (my original hometown) as a consultant. We occasionally run between Ha Noi, Hai Phong and Ninh Binh. The business is doing great lately and we will break even by the end of this year. We do have some issue with the cop but well, we can all settle down with a little Cà Phê money 
In future, I will open my own food truck here in Saigon. I just love seeing people line up and enjoy my food
