The type of visa you will apply for will depend on what the reason is that you are coming for. Will you be a student? Apply for a student visa. Will you start a business? Apply for a business visa. The best way to get visa advice is to contact your local Lithuanian consul, either in person or make a phone call. PM me if you have other questions. I do not come to this forum very often.
