its the way it is..since this job is mainly done by women in India , no one here is going to implement the righteous laws that would protect the pay rights of nannies,baby sitters and other child care workers..i myself thought that after managing two kids of my expat employer i was being paid fair sum .but an interview for a different job was an eye opener.they said that just 200$ a month is peanuts compared how much i work for them.then who is here to pay us more than that.
