I was wondering if someone can help me, you see my wife and my 8-month old daughter just arrived here in Riyadh under visit visas and my infant child needs her 5-in-1 or 6-in-1 vaccination (whichever is used / available in Riyadh). Does anyone know or have an idea on how much the vaccine cost w/o insurance coverage - as in full cash payment? Thanks in advance! 
Well there Ministry of Health Medical Centers in every Area Almost,they will just ask for the house Contract just to confirm that you are living in that area or many times they did not ask.
vaccination by Ministry is free of Cost.
for private hospitals you have to pay in cash.
