Hello everybody !

I am currently in second year of Master Degree in Management. In order to get my diploma, I realize my academic report on the theme of "intercultural training" provided by multinationals in the context of the expatriation of its employees / executives.

Thus, this survey is for expats or former expats (who had follow or not a cultural training) who were sent by their company for a mission abroad for a minimum period of 1 year.
In this survey, we are trying to understand the benefits of an intercultural formation for the expat and the company.
