I have been selected by a company in a khartoum sudan, but my family members don't allow me to go, they told me that Sudan is in war zon, south and north issue of Sudan.
Is there any problem in sudan?
Is Khartoum safe?
Is khartoum city safe for work and stay with family?

Khartoum is so far away from any war zone, actually, the war is in Darfur which is a few hours away by flight, and there are some disturbances in South Sudan which is another country to begin with.
If we apply your family's logic, all the Indians in Dubai should fear for their safety and return to India, since Dubai is very near to Iraq and Iran
Khartoum is one of the safest, most peaceful places I lived in
