Safe Places for Hair Cut/Shave in Cairo

In regards to Hepatitis C epidemic in Cairo, I've learned that one of the most common ways it is spread is through the barber shop.

Can anyone recommend a safe barber for men in Cairo or how to assure of aseptic techniques?

try the barbers in the rich places
places like Mohandiseen - Zamalek, they are perfect but expensive

I'd never heard about this! how interesting. Do you know where you will be living in cairo (sorry again i ask! lol). There's a few good barber shops in Maadi, my fiance goes to some on the kornish, my dad used to go to one's around CAC in Maadi. There's a few on rd. 233 in Digla too

I don't think you should have to pay through the nose for a safe environment. Go in and check out the facilities, I think that's your best bet
