I have got one offer from Hangzhou and problem is I have to decide urgently.
I want to understand the english education cost for my 3.5 year old daughter.
Also, rent of 2 room set near Xincheng Road. monthly living cost for 2+1 family (Veg).
How is life out there...
I repeat the main question is about the education for my daughter and its fee....

Can I suggest you check the website of the Hangzhou International School.
They start from 2 yrs old
Just an idea. Get the answer from the horse's mouth as it were.
According to my Uncle Google their website si https://hz.scis-his.net/ but I am sure that you already know that.

it seems to contain info about a number of Hangzhou schooling options

Why not ask your new employer in Hangzhou, I am sure, they will have this information. Why didn't you plan this in advance?
