Hi Shopitac and welcome to Expat.com
I suggest you to browse through all the topics found on the Information on visas in Saudi Arabia section. In fact, everyday we discuss about visa issues on the forum and i think that you may found some answers already.
Thanks,
Priscilla
If the officer told you insurance is the issue, ask your company if they'd provide you one.
Let us say you are not entitled for insurance coverage from your employer because of your contractual status etc. you can just buy it from insurance company counters around jawazat.
