Please contact private clinics for advice. There are loads in every town. Be cautious of offers of help on forums like this one - you really need to be talking to professionals. I'm not at all a professional, so my advice to you ends with this link:--

One thing I would stress is that you would probably need to be able to speak French as a minimum and more than likely Arabic too.
