I'm thinking of taking my driving test in DK and wondering if its possible to get a course in english and if the test itself is in english?
Any information about this would be of great help

Yes. Look in the phone book. Call a driving school. Ask them if they provide that service. Many do. Several Indian and Chinese friends have gotten their licenses this way.
