Trap that's a little less helpful than you usually are.
I heard a three bed apartment on the compound is going at around 60k per annum. Downside is that the place is under pretty bad condition and requires a big revamp.
The contractors seem to take a long time to do any work and therefore management are suggesting you pay for the renovation if you are in a rush- which is likely to be another 25k.
