You have sizable no. of Non-Muslims here majorly Christians and Hindus.
The only restriction is in public display, privately you can worship ,practice diff religions.
In fact, after coming here i came to know Jesus is mentioned as an earlier prophet in Holy Quran...
Jeddah as I hear is much more chilled out place within KSA ...All the best !
