For the position mentioned, it sounds below Junior pay, I know a few people in that position as "seniors" making over 20.
With your experience, it should be around 8-10. BD is lots of work

Yea I'm just comparing market value based on the position. I mean, it's so vague out there but things should be right, alas the ideal world.

I was thinking the same thing, i think this a bit low for a the Job description if he will be a Sr.

mine is like that..im on my 3 years now..im happy already...i dont know in your case..if you got family thats a big problem..not that big but you can only save a little...goodluck
