Average salaries of engineers

I thought you should ask the the average salary in different industies, like in telecomm industries, it should be much higher than construction.

Last time i know that salary in a french company that having branch here was 800-1000 Euro for an engineer without experience and 1800 for one with 5 years experience in your field. I don't think are much changes because of the economical situation here.

To tell you honest if you don't have any personal interest in Romania better try something in Dubai or if you want in UE then search jobs in Norway.

I agree with ve.advisory to a certain extent, but it DOES depend who you work for. I work in Oil & Gas, and my salary (as a graduate engineer with 30+ years experience) is less than ve.advisory stated.
If anyone can offer me more...please let me know  .
The problem in Romania is that employers are very slow to respond or even acknowledge, if at all they do.
I've JUST received contact from a company I sent my CV to over 2 years ago!
