Hi i would like to bring my brother through visit visa.
Now my question is, if ever he like to work here is there anyway to change his "visit visa" to "working visa" without living the country.?
Any information is highly appreciated. thank you!

Vist visa can never be changed into a work visa.
Also, getting your brother over on a visit visa will be a miracle!

Let's be more clear, the family visit visa issued from expat never be Iqama.
For commercial visit visa could be converted to Iqama but it needs the signature of minster of interior, my previous employer did this for me, lucky.
