my wife is hepatitis B positive. she will not be working in any industry. Can see get visa and residency permit in saudi?

Dear can you please share your knowledge about above subject. I am also facing problem with my wife antibodies HCV positive. How i can bring my wife here and what will happen when we will apply for iqama here??
