I'm a management strategy consultant in the United States. On behalf of an American client hoping to expand its business operations to Saudi Arabia, we are working on a project that provides an overview of life and the logistical considerations for its expatriate American employees that may live out there. I was hoping to interview expatriates to provide some additional anecdotal insights into their experience living in Saudi Arabia.
Some of the questions include:
1) How would one characterize the treatment of western women in Saudi Arabia?
2) What are the employment opportunities for spouses of expat businessmen?
3) What kind of access do expatriates have to western amenities, e.g. financial institutions, English speaking schools, leisure activities?
